Of coure we utilized roxul on all interior walls Using the mass loaded vinyl also but genuinely beautiful sound absorbing or blocking Houses.  I could not be happier.  It in fact is a tiny bit frightening, I can be inside the room and just observing normal Television volume and might not listen to dogs barking while in the adjacent home.Rubber
